Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If you're not entirely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Please include your proof of purchase.

Please Note:  * Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

• Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

• Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes paid upon arrival are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@themavens.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
