Shipping & Delivery
We are pleased to offer international shipping to our community. All orders are processed and shipped from our office in Seoul, South Korea.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most international orders arrive within 7-10 business days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU) Heyo Active is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
Important Note: All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties, original shipping fees and any return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damages Heyo Active is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at info@themavens.co to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
